Awkward startup advice: Circle co-founder recommends shrooms for a reality check
Startups, don’t try this one at home. Speaking with Business Insider, Evan Reas, the co-founder of hyper-local social networking app Circle, recommended taking magic mushrooms to put things into perspective.
“It completely changes how you think,” Reas said. “About your problems, about yourself, everything. It forced me to ask, ‘Is what I’m doing important?’”
Here’s where I note that shrooms are usually illegal. Please disrupt responsibly.
If Reas’ sentiments sound familiar, maybe you’re remembering this quote from Steve Jobs: “Taking LSD was a profound experience, one of the most important things in my life.”
